How to Start a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Email us at info@liamlivia.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a short explanation for the return.
  3. We will confirm your return request and provide the correct return address and instructions.

Important:

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, sizing, exchange requests), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.

There are no hidden fees, no restocking charges, and no deductions from your refund for eligible returns.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags, where applicable
  • Items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect are exempt from these requirements

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused during transit may be rejected.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or not the item/variant you ordered

You are entitled to either:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a full refund, including all shipping costs.

    This is in line with UK consumer protection law.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Liam Livia are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions listed above.

No product categories are excluded.

Exchanges

If you want a different size or colour:

  1. Return the item following the standard return process
  2. Place a new order for the preferred item

This is the fastest and most reliable way to receive your replacement.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Inspection time: 2–4 business days
  • Refund issued: within 3–5 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund
